| 摘 要： | 本研究运用SPSS软件对玉辉林业局员工满意度进行科学地测评,通过因子分析方法确定影响员工整体满意度的关键变量,并结合企业实际和系统化思想,建立了玉辉林业局员工满意度管理模型,包括数据准备过程、识别过程、管理过程、比较过程和反馈过程,以切实提高员工满意度。
