文化产业投资影响因素与绩效的关系研究

本文进行了文化产业投资影响因素与投资绩效关系的实证研究，提炼出生产因素、消费因素、投资因素和环境因素等四个影响因素，并依据北京、湖南、广东和上海四个地区的文化产业相关部门、企业和人员的341份调查问卷进行实证研究，研究结果表明，各影响因素对投资绩效的影响基本得到验证。本文的研究将为文化产业投资的管理和决策实践提供一定的理论指导。

Research on the Relationship between Influential Factors and Investment Performance in Cultural Industry

This paper conducts an empirical research on the relationship between the investment influential factors and investment performance in cultural industry. Based on the four factors： production factors, consumption factors, investment factors and environmental factors, using 341 qualified samples from departments, enterprises, personnel in Beijing, Hunan, Guangdong, Shanghai, this paper designs the empirical model and puts out the hypotheses. The results show that, the investment performance is influenced by all the factors. This paper will provide some theoretical guidance to the management of cultural industry investment.
