加速资阳市水利建设 构筑“提高农业综合生产能力”屏障

针对资阳市农村人口饮水安全的严峻形势、脆弱的农业基础设施和农村生态环境恶化的突出矛盾,通过贯彻落实党中央[2005]1号文件,制定治水新方略,加速资阳水利建设,全面构筑“提高农业综合生产能力”屏障,在实现人水和谐、彻底解决“三农”问题和全面建设小康社会的征程上充分发挥水利的作用。

Strengthening of water resources construction and improvement of comprehensive agricultural production capacity

With regard to the serious situation of drinking water of rural areas, vulnerable agricultural infrastructures and obvious deterioration of agricultural ecological environment in Ziyang City,new strategy of water resources treatment is established according to the implementation of central document 1. Water resources construction in Ziyang City should be strengthened and comprehensive agricultural production capacity should be improved so as to give full play of water resources.
