赤道原则本土化战略研究

赤道原则是判断、评估和管理与项目融资有关的社会和环境风险的一套自愿性金融行业基准。赤道原则的实施有利于商业银行履行企业社会责任,提高声誉,增强风险防范能力和提高经营效益。本文从赤道原则的内涵和实施意义出发,分析了赤道原则本土化过程中可能面临的观念障碍、法律障碍、人才障碍、操作障碍、政府障碍及监督障碍,并提出了赤道原则本土化的战略选择。
