| 摘 要： | 我国社会老龄化速度正在加快，国家计划生育政策产生的主要问题就是养老保障，尤其是城市独生子女家庭的养老问题。城市老人在养老物质和精神两个层次需要得到最大的关注。因此，需要建立一个集政府、社会、社区、家庭、志愿者、老年人自身六位一体、相互支持的城市独生子女家庭养老保障服务体系。
