| Abstract: | The Purpose of export credit insurance is to promote export, shouldering the political and business risks from overseas countries. Such insurance is a government-supported action and is offered by government sponsored insurance company. Its key business is to protect the legal rights of domestic companies in business of export, foreign investment and overseas project construct. |
