山东半岛近海渔业资源修复与可持续发展对策

本文以山东半岛近海渔业资源的修复与可持续发展对策为研究主题，对山东省伏季休渔的规定和做法进行了梳理，以放流品种为线索总结了增殖放流的情况，得出了其有增加经济渔业资源、改善海洋生态环境、提高渔民捕捞收益等结论。本文在分析了近海渔业资源修复工作存在的不足与问题基础上，还提出了要控制沿海排污总量、实施捕捞配额制度、设置渔业资源保护区、发展海洋生态渔业、实现近海渔业资源修复与可持续发展的对策建议。

Status and issues of restoration of offshore fishery resources in Shandong peninsula and the strategies for its sustainable development

This paper studied the sustainable utilization of offshore fishery resources in Shandong peninsula, combed the midsummer moratorium rules and summarized the situation of releasing and enhancing of fishery resource according to the release varieties. In conclusion, midsummer moratorium rules can increase economic fishery resources, improve marine ecological environment and enhance fishermen＇s economic benefits. Then, this study analyzed the existing problems in the recovery process of offshore fishery resources, made specific suggestions for sustainable development of offshore fishery which include coastal pollution control, fishing quota system, establishment of fishery conservation zone, development of marine ecological fishery and emphasis on restoration of fishery resources and sustainable development.
