| Abstract: | The paper summed up the main factors that influenced interregional investment entry mode and its change of outside enterprises from domestic and foreign literature, then put forward main influential factors of interregional investment entry mode of the coal enterprise on the basis of coal Industry characteristics. In the end, the paper validated it by the practice of state- owned main coal enterprises of eastern region and central region. |
