| 摘 要： | 现代企业越来越重视激励机制在人力资源管理中的运用。当前，在国有企业激励机制中还不同程度地存在一些问题，不利于调动员工的积极性、主动性和创造性，影响到企业的创新和发展。该文通过对国有企业激励机制中存在的主要问题进行了梳理和分析，提出了改进和完善国有企业激励机制的相关措施。

| Abstract: | Modern enterprises pay more and more attention to the application of incentive mechanism in human resource management. At present, there are some problems in the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises, which is not conducive to mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the staff, and affect the innovation and development of enterprises. Through the analysis of the main problems existing in the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises, the relevant measures to improve and perfect the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises are put forward. |
