| 摘 要： | 民营经济已经成为我国经济发展的重要生力军,但目前仍然有许多因素制约着民营企业健康发展,其中最主要的一个因素是信誉缺失问题。根据民营企业信誉缺失的表现,利用博弈分析方法,概括了民营企业信誉缺失的原因,从根本上提出一些建设性意见。

| Abstract: | Private economy has played a critical role in the development of Chinese economy.There are still many fac- tors restricting healthy the development of the private enterprise,of which the most primary factor is reputation lapse. Through the analysis on of the reputation lapse in Chinese private enterprise,this paper uses the method of game theo- ry,to make out the causes of their reputation lapse.It also puts forward some constructive suggestions. |
