| 摘 要： | 以新时期军事斗争准备为依据,结合我军战备物资储备现状,围绕储备物资轮换更新机制这一重大问题进行探索性研究。对我军目前尚未建立轮换机制的原因进行系统分析,列举了储备物资轮换中存在的瓶颈问题,通过对美军储备物资轮换更新运行机制现状的实证分析,阐述了我军建立轮换机制应遵循的原则,并提出相应的措施。
