| Abstract: | The construction of new countryside in western China and the new round of western development should form joint forces,and provide opportunities for each other. The effective supply of public goods in rural areas is the foundation of western rural development,as well as the important exerting point of western development. The effective supply of public goods in new countryside construction will strongly promote western development to attain more solid and sustainable achievements. |
