广东30年建设用地增长对经济发展的贡献

文章重点探讨了广东改革开放以来,特别是近10年来的建设用地增长对经济增长的贡献。结果表明,建设用地增长对经济增长的贡献是明显的,有一定的滞后效应,平均滞后期为3—4年,同时广东建设用地增长与经济增长均呈现明显的区域差异性,珠三角地区是建设用地增长与经济增长的高值区域。引入建设用地综合扩展模型,将广东各城市按照建设用地扩展差异划分为剧烈扩展、强扩展、弱扩展和稳定型四种类型。不同类型建设用地对经济增长的拉动与效率是不同的,稳定型建设用地增长对经济增长的拉动最大,其次是弱扩展型,再次是剧烈扩展型,强扩展型建设用地增长对经济增长的拉动最弱,另外,剧烈扩展型地区的建设用地效率最高,其后依次是强扩展型、稳定型、弱扩展型。

CONSTRUCTION LAND EXPANSION AND ITS CONTRIBUTION TO ECONOMIC GROWTH SINCE REFORM AND OPENING UP IN GUANGDONG PROVINCE

This article focuses on the Guangdong province since the reform and opening up, especially in the past 10 years with the expansion of construction land and its impact on economic growth. The results show that the expansion of construction land obviously contributes a lot to the economic growth, but the contribution is not immediately apparent, which has a lag effect and the average lag for a period of 3-4 years. The relationship of construction land expiation and economic growth showed significant regional differences in Guangdong province. The construction land expansion and economic has a certain relevance in space, and the Pearl River Delta is the high-value region. According to the expansion differences of construction land and through the introduction of an integrated expansion model for the construction land, the author divides Guangdong into four types of construction land growth, which is intense expansion, strong expansion, weak expansion and stable expansion. Different types of construction land growth in promoting economic growth and efficacy are different, stable growth of the construction site shows the largest contribution to economic growth, following by weak expansion and intense expansion, but the strong expansion contributes minimum. In addition, the land-use efficacy of intense expansion is the highest, following by strong expansion, stable expansion and weak expansion.
