| Abstract: | In a market that full of fierce competition,outsourcing,as a strategic alignment tool,has been pursued by more corporations.May enterprises regard it as a magic weapon of reducing cost,dispersing risk and advancing core competence.But some research show outsourcing was not satisfactory. This paper analyzes the meaning of outsourcing cost and benefit through outsourcing,to enterprise implementing outsourcing. |
