| 摘 要： | 外资入股农村合作金融近年来呈现出迅速发展态势,而金融危机下中国稳定的国内经济以及对"三农"的政策倾斜更为外资进驻中国农村合作金融提供良好契机.通过规范农村合作金融的主体法律制度、社区化发展制度、风险转移补偿制度、系统与集中监管制度吸引外资入股农村合作金融,能够充分利用国际金融资本的良好信誉和先进管理理念,并利用其资金优势带动农村金融市场的活跃.
