| 摘 要： | 市场结构的变迁导致消费者的质量观不断改变,消费者质量观的改变影响着企业的质量管理模式。本文在充分研究质量定义的基础上,对质量管理的演化路径进行了分析,提出了产品的质量管理应包括技术的符合性、顾客的满意性和相关方的愉悦性。
