| 摘 要： | 国防科技工业固定资产投资项目管理,应结合组织结构理论、项目管理理论、组织行为学理论以及高等教育组织结构理论,通过项目组织的环境、结构分析以及结构的设计和运用,构建以某一职能部门为核心的项目组织结构,发挥有效组织结构的作用,实现高等院校国防科技工业固定资产投资项目的建设目标。

| Abstract: | The management of investment project in fixed assets in defense science and technology industry of colleges and universities should base on the following theories: structure,project management,organizational behavior,and structures of colleges and universities.Through the project organizational conditions and the analysis,design and application of the structures,the colleges and universities will establish a structure of the project focused on a certain functional department,give full play to its function,and realize its construction planning. |
