| 摘 要： | 本文从历史比较的视角,对美国大萧条时期、美国1980—1982年经济危机和日本20世纪90年代经济危机后期超常规经济刺激方案的退出机制进行了详细考察。在总结历史经验和教训的基础上,我们提出了2008—2009年危机后的超常规经济刺激方案退出机制的可行性路径。

| Abstract: | We carry out a detailed study on the U.S. Great Depression, the U.S. economic crisis in 1980-1982 and the Japanese crisis of the 1990s based on the historical comparative perspective. In summing up historical experiences and lessons, we propose the feasibility path about the exit mechanism of extraordinary economic stimulus package. |
