集货营业部布局与业务流程设计

企业的业务流程,从总的方面来说,就是企业完成其业务获得利润的过程。流程对于业务的运行情况、对目标的达成都有很大影响作用。以某快运公司业务部完成集货任务为背景,对进行布局规划,并设计出集货作业流程图,绘出各工作人员的行走路线。运用排队论对业务流程的效率进行分析,提出一种量化企业业务流程效率的模型和方法,为判断企业流程是否需要再造提供一种可操作性的量化分析模型和方法。从而更进一步分析出集货营业部的规划是否合理。

Layout of the Cargo Sales Department and Designing of Business Processes

From the overall point of view, enterprise business processes is the process that the profit has been reaped. Process has a big impact for the operation of the business and the goals. In this paper, in the context of the accomplishment of the cargo collection in a express company, programming the layout of the cargo collection department and designing the flow diagram of the cargo collection, then describing the routes of the staff. The use of queuing theory on the efficiency of business process can be analyzed and put forward a quantification of the efficiency of enterprise business process models and methods, in order to determine the need for business process reengineering operable to provide a quantitative analysis models and methods. Thereby, the rationality of the layout of the cargo collection department can be analyzed.
