The Defects of Legal Regulation on the Food Circulation

The healthy development of the food circulation market needs the support and safeguard of law,especially the perfect law.There are some essential conditions for the transformation from a law to a perfect law;among all the conditions,the scientific legislative technology and the rational legislative orientation are the most fundamental ones.It is appreciated that the food law draft has made much efforts to regulate this market,but there are some fatal defects in the legislative techniques and wrong legislative orientation in some concrete systems.It is suggested that the draft should use more critical legislative languages and scientific quotation,and successfully handle the relationship between government and market.
