广西发展渔业循环经济的对策建议

目前依赖资源消耗型的传统渔业已经不符合渔业可持续发展要求,渔业必须转型升级,发展渔业循环经济是渔业良性发展的重要手段。论文通过对广西发展渔业循环经济的意义和发展现状及存在问题进行分析,阐述在新形势下发展渔业循环经济主要模式,结合广西自身条件,并提出广西发展渔业循环经济要转变思想观念、发展科技渔业、蓝色渔业、建立三产联动机制与加大政策支持力度的对策建议,旨在为广西发展渔业循环经济提供一些依据和方式方法。

Countermeasures and proposals about the development of fishery recycling economy of Guangxi province

Currently, traditional fishery that depends on resources-consumption can not meet requirements of fishery recycling economy. Fishery must be transformation and upgrading, and fishery recycling economy is the very important measure of benign development. The article analyses the significance, development status and problems of fishery recycling economy of Guangxi province. It explains main patterns in new situation, in combination with its own conditions, it also proposes that the ways and countermeasures of fishery recycling economy, such as changing conception, developing tech fishery and ocean fishery, establishing three major industries linkage mechanism and strengthening policy support. The paper is aimed at showing some bases and methods of fishery recycling economy development of Guangxi province.
