上海青浦区休闲渔业发展的SWOT分析

摘    要:在我国渔业产业结构调整的大背景下,休闲渔业得到了大力发展。众多学者对上海的休闲渔业进行了研究,但是针对特定区域的休闲渔业,尤其是休闲垂钓业的研究较少。以上海市青浦区的休闲垂钓业为研究对象,运用SWOT分析法,一方面分析了青浦休闲渔业旅游资源丰富、交通便利等优势;但存在休闲垂钓基地知名度低、配套设施等不完善等劣势;另一方面政策的支持将促进青浦休闲渔业的发展,同时也面临其他地区不同形式休闲渔业的威胁。根据分析结果,提出如下政策建议:一方面休闲垂钓经营者需要完善配套设施及提高服务水平,加强基地的宣传与推广,提升基地的知名度,把渔村的民俗风情融入到休闲旅游业中;另一方面建议政府部门开辟休闲垂钓旅游专线、制定发展规划、加大资金投入、形成区域性休闲渔业联合体。

Study on regional development of recreational fishery by using SWOT
Abstract:Based on the adjustment of fishery industry structure, recreational fishery has great development in China. In recent years, many scholars have studied our country recreational fishery. But they haven’t enough focused on recreational fishing in the specific area. Taking Qingpu district’ s leisure fishing industry as the research object,through the SWOT analysis method.On the one hand,Qingpu has rich resources, convenient transportation and other advantages; but the existence of low visibility, facilities imperfect weaknesses; On the other hand, with the support of the policy will promote the development of Qingpu recreational fishery, but also face different forms of leisure fishery in other regions. According to the results of analysis, put forward policy suggestions as follows: On the one hand, recreational fishing operators need to improve facilities and improve service levels, enhance the publicity and promotion of the fishing base, to enhance the visibility of the fishing base, put the village folk customs into the leisure tourism industry; On the other hand, government departments need to further open the recreational fishing bus tourism line ,design the development planning, increase the capital investment, form a joint unit of recreational fishery area.
