浅议高校学费管理

分析了当前高等学较学费管理中存在的问题.对此提出加强学费管理的措施认为应该首先强化收费工作的岗位责任和管理流程;其次是建立全方位的学费管理,提高管理工作的效率;第三是充分利用校园网络,开通学生收费查询系统;第四是建立有效的奖惩制度,完善"奖、贷、助、补、减"体系,最后对学分制条件下的收费管理提出了一些设想.

Tuition Management in Colleges and Universities

The paper analyzes the problems in tuition management in colleges and universities and recommends some measures to improve tuition management: to reinforce the responsibility of collecting tuition and improve the collecting procedures, to set up an all-round management system and improve its efficiency, to make full use of the campus network and open a student tuition checking system, to establish effective incentive regulations. In the last part, the paper puts forward some tentative ideas about tuition management under credit system.
