| 摘 要： | 国际多边开发机构对许多人而言也许是一个比较陌生的概念，但事实上，我国与主要国际多边开发机构建立合作关系的20年中，它们在基础设施领域和社会发展领域参与投资了大量的项目，比如二滩电站、京九铁路，再比如结核病防治项目，等等。本主要就多边开发机构试图在华举债的利弊进行分析，并对资本市场的开放谈了一点看法。

| Abstract: | To public, International Multilateral Development Agencies maybe are not familiar. But in fact, in the twenty years after China and these agencies established cooperation, they have participated so many projects in the infrastructure area and the social development area, such as Ertan Hydropower Plant?Jingjiu Railway and Tuberculosis Control Project, and so on. This article mainly analyze advantages and disadvantages of issuing Renminbi bond by International Multilateral Development Agencies, and expounds some opinions regarding the openness of China capital market. |
