基于逆向物流的废旧产品回收模式分析

逆向物流是物流管理中新兴的一个服务项目,也是物流管理中比较棘手的问题。对废旧产品回收不仅可以节约资源、保护环境,还可以为企业带来新的利润增长。文中在理解逆向物流相关知识的基础上,以生产者为主体,从经济、政策、管理、技术等方面对三种回收模式进行比较分析,为生产者选择合适的废旧产品回收模式提供理论依据。

Analysis of End-of-Life product callback model based on reverse logistics

Reverse logistics is a new service item in logistics management,and is also a tough problem.The callback of End-of-Life product can not only save resources and protect the environment;we can bring new business profit growth.In this paper,on the basis of relevant knowledge of reverse logistics,we compare three callback models from the aspects of economic,policy,management,technology,and provide some theoretical gist for producers to choose a suitable model.
