| 摘 要： | 产业集群作为联系企业、产业和区域经济的桥梁,在构建和谐社会和循环经济方面发挥着基础性的重要作用。文章在总结宁镇扬经济板块产业集群发展现状及存在问题的基础上,结合宁镇扬板块社会经济发展的现实状况与和谐发展的客观要求,为宁镇扬经济板块产业集群和谐联动发展提出具体的相关政策建议。
