| 摘 要： | 1999年全国教育工作会议后,高等院校在银行贷款的支持下,迅速发展起来。近一时期高校陆续进入偿贷高峰期,面临巨大的资金压力,部分高校出现财务危机。高校要摆脱目前的困境,应从加强内部管理入手,充分利用外部资源,寻求解决偿贷问题的途径。
