国际金融监管体制的变迁及其对我国金融监管体制改革的启示

20世纪九十年代以来，统一监管体制逐渐取代了分业监管体制，成为国际金融监管格局的主导方向。在金融开放的环境中，中国选择何种金融监管体制将更有利于中国自身的经济发展呢?本文通过对经营者行为模式与监管体制相关性的理论分析以及对部分国家金融监管体制的实践考察，认为在短期内我国监管体制仍应以分业监管为主，同时加强各个监管主体之间的协调与国际监管合作，实现监管信息共享，为逐渐实现统一监管体制做好准备。

The Indication of the Variance of International Finance Regulatory System to the Reform of Finance Regulatory System of China

Since the 1990s, dividing regulatory system has been replaced gradually by unify regulatory system, which becomes leading direction of international financial supervision. Then, in the open environment, which kind of financial regulatory system of China should choose so that it can be more favorable to economic development of China? Through dependence analyzing on operator behavior mode and regulatory system and investigating to some national financial regulatory system, this paper think that the regulatory system of China should choose dividing regulatory in a short time, strengthen the coordination of different regulatory institutions and international regulatory cooperation at the same time, share the regulatory information, and make ready for realizing gradually unify regulatory system.
