| 摘 要： | 西方国家和国际社会以人为本的发展思想,是科学发展观的一个重要思想来源,对完善和促进科学发展观迄今具有重大的借鉴意义。中国共产党的科学发展观从长期形成的较为系统的西方发展观中吸收和借鉴了许多有益的成分,在这种扬弃的选择过程里也剥离了西方发展观所赖以产生和发展的资本主义社会制度语境,从而提出了与西方发展观本质上不同的科学发展观。
