| 摘 要： | 金融是经济运行的“晴雨表”，货币供求动态均衡是经济增长的前提。人民银行孝感市中心支行积极贯彻实施“从紧”的货币政策，控制货币供应量和信贷投放，优化信贷和现金结构，调节市场现金流通。2008年上半年，孝感市现金流通效应良好，市场现金流通呈净回笼状态，现金投放和回笼的数量及结构呈现季节性、居民理财性、企业市场营销性、内控制度管理性、政策调节性等符合市场经济规律的运行状态，有效支持了全市经济社会稳健协调发展，防止市场价格由结构性上涨演变为明显通货膨胀，以实现全年宏观调控目标。
