城市基础设施与城市经济增长--基于VAR方法对福州市的实证分析

本文从生产性、生活性、社会性基础设施来界定我国的基础设施指标,运用两变量VAR系统实证分析了1978～2004年福州市城市经济增长与城市基础设施之间的关系.结果表明,福州市城市经济增长与生产性、生活性基础设施具有明显的正向协整关系,但与社会性基础设施具有负协整关系.但我们从方差分解中也发现,社会性基础设施对经济的作用日益强大,成为未来城市经济发展与培育城市竞争力的关键.

City Projects for Basic Facilities and Economic Growth of City--Analyzing the Case of Fuzhou With the Mothod of VAR

This paper ranges the target of proiects for basic facilities from production,living,society,and analyzes the relationship between economic growth of Fuzhou and city projects for basic facilities from 1978 to 2004 with two-variable system.it shows economic growth of Fuzhou city and production,living projects for basic facilities obviously have a forward associated relation,but city economic growth has backword associated relation with social projects for basic facilities.We also find that social projects for basic facilities is increasing large effect to economy,and becomes a key to the future economic development of city and city competition.
