| 摘 要： | 多元化经营是企业发展到一定规模后经营战略的一种必然选择。分析企业多元化经营逻辑的演变脉络,可以看到基于核心能力的多元化战略可以使企业保持持续的竞争优势。而我国企业多元化经营中还存在许多问题,因此要制定正确的基于核心能力的企业多元化经营策略。

| Abstract: | Multiple operation is a necessary choice when enterprise achieves certain size.Analyzig the evolution course of multiple operation can find out multiple strategy taking core competence as basis,may make enterprise maintain competitive advantage.There are many problems in multiple operation of our country's enterprise,so should make right multiple operation strategy. |
