摘    要:民营科技企业由于管理模式落后,缺乏良好的人才发展环境和宽松的文化氛围,致使人才流失过多。贯彻以人为本的原则、制定合理的薪酬待遇、做好人才职业生涯规划、建立良好的企业文化,是民营科技企业增强凝聚力和吸引力的制胜法宝。
