| 摘 要： | 科技企业孵化器的建设是推动科技成果到产业化的关键环节,为了适应科技企业孵化器快速发展壮大的需要,建立一个科学、规范和制度化的评价指标体系是十分必要的。运用信息熵筛选出24个有效的指标,采用层次分析法对调查数据进行处理,得到每个指标的权重,结果显示,员工素质结构、优惠政策落实比例、中介机构数量等指标对孵化器的影响程度较大。
