| 摘 要： | 人力资本理论提出后，人力资本投资尤其是教育投资对收入分配的影响越来越受到重视，但其影响如何却研究不够。本文在结合国内外相关研究的基础上，主要探讨我国目前人力资本教育投资对收入分配影响的现状及原因，并得出相应的启示。
