我国油料和植物油的产业安全:基于进口视角的分析

本文从进口的角度,以大豆、油菜籽、棕榈油、豆油和菜籽油为例,通过计算进口依赖性和农业产业安全评价指标,分析了我国油料和植物油进口来源地的可靠性和产业安全状况。得到结论:大豆和豆油的进口可靠性较高,菜籽油和油菜籽的进口可靠性较低,棕榈油居中;棕榈油的产业安全度最低,其次是大豆和豆油,它们都处于危机状态,油菜籽处于不安全状态,菜籽油基本安全。总之,我国油料和植物油的进口供给基本是有保障的,但进口较多使该产业总体处于危机状态。

Industry Security of China's Oilseeds and Vegetable Oils: an Analysis from Importing View

This paper chooses soybean,rapeseed,palm oil,soybean oil and rapeseed oil to represent the whole oilseeds and vegetable oils. In order to analyze the reliability of importing source and industry security,the paper calculates some indices. The conclusion is that soybean and soybean oil have the greatest reliability of importing source,rapeseed and rapeseed oil have the lowest,and palm oil is between them. The industry of palm oil,soybean and soybean oil are in crisis,rapeseed is not safe,rapeseed oil is basically safe. In one word,the importing source of oilseeds and vegetable oils is ultimately reassuring,but the huge import makes the whole industry in crisis.
