| 摘 要： | 目前中国高校的贷款问题不断升温,大部分高校债台高筑。高校贷款问题并非中国所独有。本文选取典型的市场经济国家——美国作为研究对象,考察其高校的筹资模式,以期对中国高校债台高筑问题有所启示。
