摘    要:企业竞争力归根结底是企业价值创造和价值实现问题。本文分析了企业文化与企业价值创造和价值实现的关系,分析了企业文化管理的成本问题,得出了以下结论:一种企业文化,只有当它在价值创造和价值实现两方面给企业带来的收益之和大于企业文化管理的成本时,才能提升企业竞争力。

Abstract:The corporate competency is a problem of value creation and value realization. This paper analyzes the relation of the corporate culture and the value creation, the relation of the corporate culture and the value realization. Then, this paper analyzes the management cost of the corporate culture. In the end, we make the conclusion than only if proceedings resulted from the corporate culture in the process of value creation and value realization surpass the management cost of the corporate culture, could the corporate culture elevate the corporate competency.
