| 摘 要： | 东川作为我国西南山区典型的资源枯竭型城市,亟待解决的问题除了有一般资源枯竭型城市产业转型的普遍问题外,还面临着交通区位条件差、生态环境破坏严重、文化观念和技术落后等严峻的制约。文章以东川为着眼点探讨了资源枯竭型城市产业结构的形成特征和产业转型的问题,并针对东川的特殊制约因素,探讨目前产业转型的相关对策建议。

| Abstract: | Dongchuan,was chosen as a typical example of resources-exhausted city in the Southwest Mountainous Area,are confronted with many exceptive challenges,in addition to,the general problems faced by resources-exhausted cities,such as worse transportation conditions,frail eco-environment,laggard cultural notions and techniques,etc.The paper probes into the characters of the industrial structure and the problems encountered in the adjustment.And by the special restrictions of Dongchuan,it point out the relevant countermeasure. |
