中小企业集群协同管理形成机制研究

近年来,企业集群使中小企业获取了规模经济的效益。虽然中小企业企业集群已获得了很大发展,但仍然存在很多的问题,从而导致企业集群的不稳定或脆弱性,影响企业集群的持续协调发展。针对这一问题,中小企业集群必须形成有效的协同才能进一步发挥集群的竞争优势。中小企业的协同管理离不开完善的协同管理机制,研究中小企业集群协同管理形成的过程,分析集群协同形成的机制,将有利于促进协同的生成和发展进化。

Study on the Formation Mechanism of Collaborative Management in Small and Medium-sized Corporations Cluster

In recent years,enterprise clusters make small and medium-sized enterprises obtain the benefit of economies of scale.Although the small and medium-sized enterprises clusters have had great development,but there are still many problems,which lead to clusters' instability or vulnerability,influencing continuing coordinated development of clusters.To solve this problem,SMEs clusters should form an effective cluster coordination to further develop the competitive advantage.Collaborative management of SMEs depends on complete collaborative management system.Studying formation process of collaborative management of SMEs cluster and analyzing formation mechanism of cluster coordination are conducive to promoting the formation and development of collaborative evolution.
