网络传播发展与社会责任

新网络技术的应用会给越来越多的人参与网络传播提供方便，网络将渗透到社会生活的方方面面，对社会生活产生广泛而深刻的影响。但是，新的技术必然带来新的网络问题，传播不良信息、刊载虚假错误报道、宣传封建迷信、刊登违法广告等这些网络弊病是否会随着参与网络人群数量的扩大和程度的加深变得更加复杂而难以“把关”呢？笔者认为这种可能是存在的，但可以通过加强立法、技术手段和增强社会责任意识来解决这些问题。

Development of Network Transmission and Social Responsibility

The application of network technology makes more and more people to conveniently communicate each other.Networks will obviously penetrate into all aspects of our life,and have an extensive and profound impact on our life.However,the new technology will inevitably bring about new problems such as the dissemination of harmful information,false propaganda,misleading reports,feudal superstitions and illegal advertisements.Will this maladies become more complex and difficult with the increasing of registered people? We think that it may exist,but we can strengthen legislation,technology,and enhance the awareness of people's social responsibility to solve these problems.
