宫颈康凝胶治疗人乳头瘤病毒感染宫颈炎的临床研究

目的分析宫颈康凝胶治疗宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法选择我院妇科门诊确诊的宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者125例,按随机双盲对照法分为三组,宫颈康组(50例)采用宫颈康凝胶;保妇康组(45例)采用保妇康凝胶;空白对照组(30例)采用空白凝胶分别阴道给药治疗,对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 HPV疗效队列为宫颈康组(82.00%)>保妇康组(71.11%)>空白对照组(13.33%);宫颈炎疗效队列为宫颈康组(84.00%)>保妇康组(68.89%)>空白对照组(16.67%);P<0.01或<0.001。结论宫颈康凝胶对HPV感染疗效确切,适合临床抗HPV感染应用。

Therapeutic Efficacy of Gongjingkang gel in Treating Cervicitis Complicated with HPV Infection

Objective Clinical observation of cervical infection Kang gel combined treatment of cervicitis human papil omavirus（HPV）.Methods Choice of gynecological clinic diagnosed in our hospital cervicitis and 125 patients with HPV infection, were divided into three groups according to randomized double blind, cervical Kang group（50 cases）with cervical Kang gel;Baofukang group（45 cases）with Baofukang gel：blank control group（30 cases）using a blank gel were vaginal delivery treatment, results were statistical y analyzed.Results Effectofanti-HPV：GJKG（82.00%）〉Baofukang （71.11%）〉placebo（13.33%）;cohort of clinical ef iciency on Cervicitis：GJKG（84.00%）〉Baofukang （68.89%）〉placebo （16.67%）.P〈0.01 or 〈0.001,showing high or very high statistical significance. Conclusions GJKG has anti-HPV infection,suitable for clinical application.
