围术期抗菌药物使用不合理情况调查与分析

目的分析外科围术期抗菌药物不合理使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法抽取我院2013年外科围术期使用抗菌药物病例,对不合理用药的病例进行统计分析。结果抽查病例740份,不合理应用抗菌药物病例218份,占29.5%(218/740)。其中Ⅰ类手术切口病例222份,不合理应用抗菌药物病例43份,占19.4%(43/222);Ⅱ类手术切口346份,不合理应用抗菌药病例127份,占36.7%(127/346);Ⅲ类手术切口172份,不合理应用抗菌药病例48份,占27.9%(48/172),Ⅰ类手术切口不合理应用率明显低于Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类手术(P<0.05)。结论我院外科围术期抗菌药物使用情况总体较好,Ⅰ类切口手术不合理用药现象明显低于其他类别手术。

Investigation and Analysis on Unreasonable Antibiotics Use of Perioperation Period in Our Hospital

Objective To investigate and analyze the unreasonable antibiotics use of perioperation period in our hospital and to evaluate the rationality of drug use.Methods The medical records who were discharged from our hospital from Jan.To Dec.in 2013 were colected for an evaluation of the perioperative use of antibiotics.Results There were 218 cases of unreasonable application of antibacterial drugs in 740 records discharged,accounting for 29.5%（218/740）.In which,there were 43 unreasonable cases in 222 operation of type I,accounting for 19.4% （43/222）;there were 127 unreasonable cases in 346 operation of typeⅡ,accounting for 36.7%（127/346）;there were 48 unreasonable cases in 172 operation of typeⅢ,accounting for 27.9%（48/172）.The unreasonable application rate of type I was lower than that of typeⅡ and typeⅢ.Conclusion The overal condition of antibiotics use of perioperation period in our hospital was good,irrational drug use of Type I incision operation was significantly less than the other categories of operation.
