摘    要:企业具有不同的知识能力,以此为基础的知识分工协作是合作创新以及集群发展的重要影响因素。文中以创新任务的可分解性等环境特征为影响因素,考察了企业知识能力的结构差异对合作创新水平以及合作持续时间的影响;在此基础上区分了分工协作型与学习赶超型两类集群发展模式,并对集群升级提供了政策建议。

Abstract:Enterprises differ in their knowledge capabilities o The resulting division and coordination of knowledge is important in cooperative innovation and development of clusters.The impact of structural differences of knowledge capabilities on cooperative innovation level and duration is analyzed with moderating factors such as the decomposability of innovation tasks. Two types of clusters is distinguished and suggestions for upgrading is given.
