| 摘 要： | 农村剩余劳动力转移是三峡库区进行新农村建设和城乡统筹发展必须解决的问题。因此，选择正确的路径及为其顺利实现提供保证是目前库区发展的当务之急。文章针对目前库区两种主要路径进行利弊比较，提出分阶段重点实施的总体思路，并对路径的畅通实现提出具体的建议。

| Abstract: | It is necessary to solve the problem of countryside surplus labor transfer under the background of new rural reconstruction and coordination between urban and rural area. So, the urgent task for the Three Gorges reservoir area is to select the transfer paths and make them expedite. The paper compares the main paths, brings forward the primary guidance of grading implement and put forward the concrete suggestions to make selected path expedite. |
