| 摘 要： | 我国煤炭物流的发展存在较多问题,如对煤炭物流发展的重要性认识不深、煤炭物流的现代化程度低、＂黑色＂物流等。资源整合下我国煤炭物流发展可采取以下策略：创造现代物流发展的良好环境,构筑煤炭实物物流平台;改善物流管理技术,提高煤炭物流现代化水平;多管齐下,实现煤炭黑色物流到绿色物流的转变。

| Abstract: | Development of China＇s coal logistics concern the importance of logistics development of coal is unknowns;coal logistics modernization is lower.China＇s coal resources under the integrated development of logistics can take the following strategy： to create a good environment for the development of modern logistics,and build coal-kind logistics platform;to improve logistics management technology to improve logistics modernization of coal;multi-pronged approach,the logistics of coal black to green logistics change. |
