| Abstract: | This article proposed the external route of industry cluster upgrading and the relevant matching measures by analyzing the Drive type,Governance model,Upgrading difficulties of the Fujian's industry clusters located in the global value chains; and also classified Fujian's industry clusters,proposed the internal route of industry cluster upgrading separately on the basis of critical success factors in the industry. |
