| Abstract: | With the development of the enterprises in carrying out joint-stock system,many nonstandard problems in practical operation which need resolving by legislation have emerged.This article narrates the scholars'points of view for neatly three years with respect to definition,nature in ownership,nature in law,operational mechanism and some questions in legislation,Furthermore,authors bring forward some advice on legislation. |
