贫困县与非贫困县金融缓贫路径及差异分析

探索金融缓贫路径、明确金融缓贫路径差异对总结扶贫经验、提高金融扶贫效率、推动金融扶贫可持续性发展具有重要意义。本文以陕西省各县为样本，采取多维指标测度金融发展及贫困，通过结构方程模型分析金融发展与县域减贫的关系，同时研究了贫困县与非贫困县金融缓贫路径机制的差异。研究结果表明:县域金融发展不仅可以直接缓解贫困，还可以通过推动经济发展、调节收入分配间接缓解贫困；县域金融发展的贫困缓解效应在贫困县与非贫困县存在差异，其直接缓贫效应在非贫困县作用更强，在贫困县金融缓贫的直接作用和间接作用的贡献基本相当。

Analysis on the Path and Difference of Financial Poverty Alleviation between Poor and Non-poor Counties

It is of great significance to explore the path of financial poverty alleviation and to clarify the differences of financial poverty alleviation path, which help in summarizing the experience of poverty alleviation, improving the efficiency and promoting the sustainable development of financial poverty alleviation. Taking counties in Shaanxi province as an example, this paper measures the financial development and poverty by using multidimensional indicators, and analyzes the relationship between financial development and county poverty alleviation by the Structural Equation Model. Besides, it studies the differences of financial poverty alleviation between poor counties and non-poor counties. The results show that the development of county finance can not only alleviate poverty directly, but also can influence poverty alleviation indirectly by promoting economic development and adjusting income distribution. However, the alleviation effect is different between poor and non-poor counties. The direct alleviation effect is stronger in non-poor counties, while the direct and indirect function contribute are equal to the financial poverty alleviation in the poor county.
