| 摘 要： | 香港创业板市场(GEM)的适时推出,对解决内地民营高科技企业的融资困境具有积极作用。本文通过分析GEM对民营高科技企业的融资促进表明,只要能够解决好相关问题,我们的民营高科技企业完全可以有效利用GEM市场,从而促进和带动整个民营经济的增长。

GEM: A New Way to Finance Private Hightech Enterprises in China's Inland |

| Abstract: | Apresent China has not established a hanism for risk investment and financing and thus is in want of the capital market targeting at small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises. The building up of Hong Kong's Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) has furnished a timely solution to such private high-tech enterprises badly in need of funds. The article shows by analysis on financing private high-tech enterprises that these enterprises can leverage GEM and accelerate the growth of private economy if the following issues are settled satisfactorily: 1) adjustment of policies; 2) improvement of enterprises' assets structure; 3) normalization of enterprises' economic retrenchment; 4) selection of suitable guarantor for listing; and 5) attaching great importance to the publication of information. |
